F1 Singapore Grand Prix: Lando Norris Dominates the Race

Lando Norris was unstoppable throughout the Singapore Grand Prix around the Marina Bay Street Circuit. However, Max Verstappen managed to do excellent damage control by securing second place and Daniel Ricciardo took away the fastest lap point.

Lando Norris broke his usual habit of terrible starts from pole and managed to remain in 1st through the entirety of the race. Max Verstappen was in 2nd place, but nowhere close to Lando while Oscar was right behind him. Sergio Perez was outdone by Nico Hulkenberg on yet another occasion and his Red Bull seat isn’t looking very secure. Franco Colapinto beat out Alex Albon and is looking like a prime candidate for a full time drive.

McLaren significantly expanded their lead F1 Constructors Championship with the help of Sergio Perez’s terrible performance. Lando Norris continues to shrink the gap, but Max Verstappen managed to hold 2nd to ensure the minimum amount of points lost. Daniel Ricciardo also took the fastest lap in his final race. Haas is right behind Racing Bulls in the championship and with Nico Hulkenberg’s recent form, it looks like they may
